1. Aims and Scope

International Journal of Applied Mathematics, Electronics and Computers (IJAMEC) publishes original articles, reviews and short communications on all aspects of elecotronics, computer and applied mathematics.

2. Submission of Manuscripts

Manuscript prepared in MS Word 2007 must be converted into a single file before submission. Paper can be submitted online at http://dergipark.gov.tr/ijamec by registering and logging in to this website. Once you are registered, navigate to submit manuscript page to submit paper online.

3. Manuscript Preparation

Formatting/Style

A4 paper format, the printing area is 17.5 cm x 25.8 cm. The margins should be  (top 18.1 mm , bottom 20 mm, left 19 mm, and right 16 m). The paper style of IJAMEC should be followed.

Authors List and Affiliation Format

Authors' full first and last names must be given. A corresponding author must be marked as *. The complete address information including city, zip code, state/province, country, and email address should be added at the first page author information box.

Abstract

The abstract should be prepared as one paragraph (150 to 250 words). .Avoid writing long formulas with subscripts in the title; short formulas that identify the elements are fine (e.g., "Nd–Fe–B"). Do not write “(Invited)” in the title. Full names of authors are preferred in the author field, but are not required. Put a space between authors’ initials. The abstract must be a concise yet comprehensive reflection of what is in your article. In particular, the abstract must be self-contained, without abbreviations, footnotes, or references. It should be a microcosm of the full article.

Keywords

A list of four to six keywords must be given, and placed after the Abstract. Enter key words or phrases in alphabetical order, separated by commas.

Figures, Schemes and Tables

Authors are encouraged to prepare figures, schemes and tables in color. Figure and tables must be numbered (Fig 1,  Table 1, etc.) and an explanatory title must be added. All table columns should have an explanatory heading. Please supply legends for all figures, schemes and tables. The legends should be prepared as a separate paragraph of the main text and placed in the main text before a table, or after a figure or a scheme.

Requirements for submitting Electronic Image Files

Graphic files can be in bitmaps or vectors. When you send the bitmaps please ensure high resolution. The preferred bitmap formats are TIFF (.TIF), PCX, JPEG (.JPG), (.PCD), Scitex (.CT) and GIF files. They should be at least 300 dpi.

Reference Preparation

Please ensure that every reference cited in the text is also present in the reference list (and vice versa). Organization and citation of the bibliography are made in IEEE style in sign [1], [2] and so on.

The heading of the References section must not be numbered.  All reference items must be in 12 pt font.  Please use Regular and Italic styles to distinguish different fields as shown in the References section.Number the reference items consecutively in square brackets (e.g. [1]).

When referring to a reference item, please simply use the reference number, as in [2].  Do not use “Ref. [3]” or “Reference [3]” except at the beginning of a sentence, e.g.  “Reference [3] shows …”.  Multiple references are each numbered with separate brackets (e.g. [2], [3], [4]–[6]).

4. Review/Referees

Scientific contributions will be double blind peer-reviewed on the criteria of originality and quality. To aid in the peer review, authors can provide the names, addresses and e-mail addresses of up to 5 potential referees, although the editor will not necessarily contact them.

5. Revised Manuscripts

In revised manuscripts, the areas containing the major required changes should be marked and the script color changed. Upon acceptance of the manuscript, the final uploaded version will be taken as the basis for subsequent production process, and papers may be subjected to editorial changes. Responsibility for the factual accuracy of a paper rests entirely with the author.

6. Proofs and Reprints

Before publication, the corresponding author will receive page proofs via website. The proofs should be corrected carefully. In particular, authors should answer any editing queries. Authors may freely download the PDF file from which they can print unlimited copies of their articles.

7. Copyright/Open Access

The authors vouch that the work has not been published elsewhere, and the manuscript has not been submitted to another journal. The publishing misconduct, such as plagiarism and data fabrication, will result in rejection/ retraction of the manuscript. Please note that if you are submitting material which has already been published elsewhere, you must also send the permission in writing that this material may be reprinted in IJAMEC to the Editorial Office, and the authors are expected to carry any costs arising from the permission. When the manuscript is accepted for publication, the authors agree to automatic transfer of the copyright to the IJAMEC. However, the authors retain the right of the paper for own use. The Articles published in IJAMEC will be open-access articles.
